Zgodnie z przepowiednią Harolda Campinga koniec świata ma nastąpić w sobotę 21. maja 2011 roku, czyli już za kilka dni!
Według Campinga, około 200 milionów ludzi (3% populacji świata) ma zostać ocalonych i przenieść się do Boga, reszta natomiast zostanie unicestwiona w przeciągu pięciu miesięcy.
Herold Camping, urodzony 19. lipca 1921r, jest amerykańskim kaznodzieją radiowym, który swoją teorię o nadchodzącej zagładzie opracował na podstawie lektury Biblii oraz własnych obliczeń numerologicznych. Jego poprzednia przepowiednia mówiła o końcu mającym nastąpić we wrześniu 1994 roku.
