Asperatus (łac. nierówny, chropowaty, szorstki) to nazwa nowego typu chmur, który na wniosek brytyjskich Łowców Chmur ma zostać wpisany do Międzynarodowego Atlasu Chmur. Pojawienie się nowych chmur wiąże się z teorią o końcu świata mającym nastąpić w 2012 roku.
